Default Copyright Agreement help

Well my company has decided that they'd like to use me to take a few product shots for the office. They're making a "Get to know us" brochure and would like me to take the photos. I'll be doing this during working hours, so have no issue about payment, but they have agreed that I will retain copyright to any photos, and that they will have unlimited access to the photos. They've agreed to print a small copyright symbol and my name beside each photo they use.

The photos will not contain people, they'll just be of "things".. Products we sell, areas around the office etc. to enhance the text of the brochure.

They've asked me for an agreement text so that I can give them access to the pictures as they wish. Can someone direct me to where I can find such a text? All I seem to be able to find on line are model releases, which isn't what I want.

Thanks all.

Are there potential copyright issues with the products you photograph?

Not likely, but it's safe to cover your bases.

If you can't answer with a helpful response, try not answering at all. That would be very helpful.

All the copyrights of the products I'll be shooting are owned by the company I work for.

I don't know about the laws where you are, but in the US, I'm pretty sure this would fall under work made for hire. And if that's the case, then the copyright automatically belongs to your employer. So you'd probably need some type of contract that specifies them turning the copyright over to you, or at least outlines what you're allowed to use them for.

Why not? The first link that came up, (the Ganz material), seems like it would be fine if Jon tweaked the language and terms.
