Any one with a good SAMSUNG connection?

I have had my Galaxy Tab nicked and I am trying log into my online account to activate the tracking, but my credentials are not matching.
To retrieve a password, they want email and date of birth. Email is fine and it shows as registered, but my DOB is not matching. (possibly made an error signing up or I am stoopid - don't answer that)

I have been talking to call centres for 3 days and no one has the first clue where the accounts are managed from. Why they just cannot have the system send the password to my gmail, I have no idea.

yep tried that day 1 - thanks
My android library shows it installed on the web, but the mails did not come.
Sadly any follow up is by SMS and the Galaxy only has a data sim installed.
Got stuck on their live chat for a while too... but may head back there
