Default Post processing

If I'm shooting for print, the best photos are usually cropped and levels applied. If for web, I usually go through optimizing steps to bring down the file size as well. If I have mediocre pics, I usually edit to my heart's content until I'm satisfied with the final product.

Yes most of my shot are post-processed.
I use Lightroom to adjust many things such us (exposure, teint, curve, sharpness, noise).
I still have a Point&Shoot Camera, so in most case it need some extra work to get a good looking shot.

I shoot RAW, so I have to process. Speaking of which, I have shots of flowers and Eric Burdon and The Animals I have to process.

100% post-processed. Actually I would like not to post-process all of my pictures but I am just very, very unhappy with the JPG's from my camera no matter how I adjust the settings. But not much beats good post-processing steps like fx contrast curves, painting with light, enhancing colors in LAB mode and custom sharpening.

I'm kinda on the fence about this one...

2 months ago my answer would have been straight from camera, but now (since I got my DSLR) they usually get some post processing.

So yep, most of my 'useful' shots get post processed.
Actually the real time saver is to delete the junk before you waste further time on it (as you do). And anyway... how often would you should anyone the 3-star images... Post processing 4-5 star images makes sense.

At the moment, most of mine are straight out of camera. However, once I get my DSLR and learn how to do a few more things in Photoshop, that will probably change. I go into Photoshop maybe once a week, and choose some photos to muck around with for the sake of practice.

Nearly all of mine on flickr are SOOC. Partly because I don't have Photoshop, partly because the processing options are overwhelming, and partly because it seems really time-consuming and confusing too.

That said, I do use Picasa to crop occasionally, and sometimes I'll pick a photo and play with contrast and effects. Which is fun, but I can't see myself doing that for every.single.photo.

Being 1) a bit nit picky and 2) not the greatest tog, i tend to process most even if sometimes its just a few levels here and there, but sometimes the full deal with 47 layers of effects :-p

Default post processor

Since I treat photography as an art, most of my work is post processed.I shoot only in the raw format. I draw the line on processing though when I take pictures of Police or Firefighters during their routine work. That is when I want to inform people, not entertain them.
The freedom of digital art can be overwelming
