I didn't see anywhere this fit better, so I'm asking here.
Is DEDPXL, by Zack Arias, worth the $28.00 asking price on MagCloud? I know Zack is a very good photographer. However, I can't afford an $800 OneLight Workshop. And I'm not sure about $150.00 for a DVD. The written guide for the workshop is $28.00. But, is it worth it? I'd rather go with the DVD if the guide doesn't offer enough information. YOUR OPINION?

There's a reason we have teachers in school instead of just handing out books on different subjects...Its hard to recreate the experience of being shown something. Seeing the setup, the execution and results; you just don't get that from reading a book.

I got the One Light book/magazine thing. Its fantastic. Its more of a book than anything, nice thick pages, with some very very easy to use information. Kinda mad I left it at my parents before moving; gonna have to get it back.
