I hear you but I think I have found a way around this. Whichever direction you would have ever taken in your decisions (up until this point in your life) - stop and now go the other way.

This will fix all your problems. No need for any shrinks or life coaches.

And hell, if that doesn't work then I am stumped.

Hmmm.. If you're only thinking about sinking, you're going to go down with the ship. if you think about survival, you'll make it. 1400 people died when the Titanic sank, it's true, but 700 surived.. Don't let yourself go down with the ship, be a survivor instead.
