Default Great book for those new to the Rebel T3i

Hi ya'll! As some might know, I just got my first DSLR this past week, the Rebel T3i. I have been having a blast playing with my new toy however I was clueless on most of the functions. All those scary little things in the menu ... truly frightening for someone who has never handled a DSLR.

I got the book, "Rebel T3i for Dummies" and it really is great. I don't normal care for the "For dummies" line of books but this one was so helpful.

Yes, the camera came with a manual, two actually. One in English and one in Japanese. I am not sure which made more sense to me!

The T3i for dummies book goes over every setting, function, icon and loads of helpful advice for caring for a DSLR. It's done in common sense English. It has loads of full color photos so you can see what they are talking about in the chapter. I now understand 90% of what my camera does and the other 10% is at my fingertips if I need to know

This Christmas many stores have been offering deals and specials on the T3i. I think every Black Friday event had one on sale. I wanted to mention this book for those who might get a T3i for Christmas. If you are a novice to DSLRs this is a great book to start with. Yes, there are a million books on photography but in order to get the most out of those books you have to know what they are talking about.

This book helped me not have to ask a billion dumb questions
