I Only Have 1 - Now, What Do I Do With It?

Hey guys, I need to make a quick decision, and I was hoping for some help

As many of you already know, I've launched a Kickstarter project (linked in my sig) I've recently had a camera store offer a small camera bag to give away as a perk.

The project has roughly 5 days left in funding, and I suddenly have only 1 $150 camera bag to give away. What's the best way to do it?

Should I just offer it as a first-come-first served $500 pledge gift? If I do, it might convince a potential $1k to pledge lower than intended.

Should I just say "Largest pledge gets it!" That idea just doesn't sit well with me, I don't want to play favorites, even though large pledges are obviously more helpful in the overall goal...

I'm not allowed to do contests, drawings etc...

What should I do???

I've seen other projects where the "awards" for pledging x amount showed "1 available", "5 available", etc. You're fine just to offer the one you have, as long as you disclose that there will be only one.
