Default Thanksgiving
To my fellow Americans, happy thanksgiving tomorrow.
I'll be out of the loop until friday which is when I imagine I'll be able to walk again without falling over.

So as to make you hungry, here's what I'm cooking up (main and sides only):
Turkey with my family secret glazing and gravy of course
Chorizo and sourdough bread stuffing
Garlic and parmigiano mashed potatos
Sweet potato souffle
honey glazed baby carrot
Creamed corn with spinach
green beans with almonds and bacon
