Exclamation Signing In

Why is it that everytime I negotiate around in this site, I have to re-log on to do things? If you log in once, why is it necessary to log in at various areas.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Just make sure to check "Remember Me" when logging in, otherwise this seems to be a pretty common bug.

Yep, noticed the same problem at lunch time today. Also had to log in twice to reply to this post.

Strange because I don't remember having the same problem last week.

Marked the "remember me" button but the problem still exists. Wonder if anyone managing the site will see this and try to correct the problem. It really is a nuisance.

Yes, I have this problem all the time. Have ticked the remember me box, allowed cookies and nothing helps. I agree it is a pain in the butt.
Will have to complain to the boss. Do you know his number?
Cheers.

Try clearing out your cookies and then logging back in with "remember me" checked. Maybe your browser stored a cookie telling DPS to NOT remember you haha.

If you need instructions on how to clear your cookies either Google it or let me know what browser you use and I'll type some out for you

Hi, Thanks for advice but I always remove all cookies from IE8 after each session.
I have checked for viruses and trojans. PC is clean of these little beasts!
Will keep on searching.
Cheers.

If you remove all cookies after each session then it's not going to remember your log in information for the website. The cookies are how the website remembers who you are or am I completely crazy?

Have you checked your settings to make sure that your cookies aren't being deleted after you close out your browser? If it's set up to have cookies until you close out your browser then the browser isn't going to have a cookie telling the website who you are.
