This news story made me laugh a bit
I mean my daughter at infant school used to bring home model creations like this using lolly sticks. Maybe I could have sold one at auction and called it "moderb art".Germany: Cleaner Scrubs Away Sculpture By Martin Kippenberger Mistaking It For An Unsightly Mess | Strange News | Sky News

Wow.. I might've cleaned it up too lol. I'll have to get ahold of them. I think there's some old wood and rusty nails out back that I can use to make a replacement. And I'll only charge them half of this "modern arts" original worth

That's art? I thought it was some cheap scaffolding. I don't blame the cleaning woman at all!

Artists just know more than regular folk.
Elitist art gets in my craw. If you want to be an artist, you ought to be a business man. Selling out is the goal. There's a quote I like. It kind of applies. Can't remember who said it. Quote:

Maybe that's why the phrase "self-indulgent crap" came to my mind!

LoL... I think I'd have stuck it all in the bin.. But we've been down this road a few months ago.. I'm gonna try to keep my mouth shut about my opinions on modern "art".. I tend to get myself into hot water with people who actually seem to think this stuff is worth paying for..

Now I'm going to go out and find a bunch of old coke bottles, super glue them into the shape of a ladder. Call it modern art. And then put it on Ebay for half a million
