Tempe Town Lake in Az

I will be going on a guided evening photo walk this weekend at Tempe Town Lake in Az. I have never been there and couldn't get there this past weekend to scope it out. Has anyone ever been there and if so any recommendations. I have googled the area and seen some nice shots of the bridge and some buildings at night but not sure what else is there of interest. I will have 2 strobes, three lenses from 17mm to 300mm, remote release and tripod so I think I will have the equipment side covered but not sure what will be there to shoot. Would love to hear form someone that has been there.
