Default I consider myself to be a________?

Kirbinster has always started some very interesting threads. And, in the past when Izzy was alive and well, they had always spawned some rather interesting debates, usually of a political bent nature. Just curious of the mix here, and I know some of these terms may take on slightly different meanings in some societies, but here goes. I consider myself a_______? poll

I was born to liberal parents. Very liberal parents. I married a legal immigrant, whose family were all conservatives. My wife kept winning the political debates we had, mostly because all the ideas that I was supposed to espouse, being a good liberal and all, didn't hold up on questioning. The doublethink was too much to keep up. I found myself agreeing with the EEEEVIIIILLLLL Fox News people, and decided I was actually a conservative. Upon further evaluation of my beliefs, I'm pretty sure I'm a Libertarian. The government exists to make sure no one ELSE injures me or my property. Everything else, they need to get out of the f%&*(%$ way.

This quiz seems to be pretty accurate, for its simplicity.

Well done quiz, spot on:

According to your answers, the political group that agrees with you most is...
Centrist prefer a "middle ground" regarding government control of the economy and personal behavior. Depending on the issue, they sometimes favor government intervention and sometimes support individual freedom of choice. Centrists pride themselves on keeping an open mind, tend to oppose "political extremes," and emphasize what they describe as "practical" solutions to problems.

Couldn't say it better myself.

Will the answer to this question affect my friendships with people? I am tired of losing friends because they find out that I don't fit the mold of their political spectrum.

Everybody here already knows what I am. I took the test, and the answer is the same.

No Luke, good people are just good people regardless of their political beliefs, and I think most here would agree that you fit that category. That said, however, no answer or comment is really needed, just click on the poll area above that best fits.

I don't vote.. They're all as bad as each other. Can we have an option for that please?
