Default Another craigslist find.

Nothing for my Sony this time, but I found a really nice Minolta X-700. Came with the X-700 body (in original box), 28mm f2.8 (in original box), 50mm f1.7, and 70-210mm f/4. Came with some reading material as well; X-700 manual, 28mm lens manual, all kinds of warranty cards, and the sales brochure (AKA the "Guide to the Minolta SLR System of Creative Photography"). Pretty amazing piece, and I got all that for $40. Now...to locate the Minolta "Motor Drive 1"...

Way cool! I used mine to do IR photography. Great little camera, enjoy!

Yeah, it's really neat. I'm very impressed with it's condition and the over all quality. Not to mention the accessories available for this beast. Mostly impossible to find at this point, I'm sure...but if I can find the Motor Drive 1, I'll be happy.

You might be able to find the Motor Drive at a local pawn shop. I would say antiques store, but seeing as it's only 30 yrs old, I'm not sure it'd qualify.

Side Note: Just noticed, if my last name started with a "D" we'd have the same initials. My email is ACShipley. lol

Hmm...and living in Baltimore, there are a ton of pawn shops in the area. I'll try that. I'm going to also look on Minolta forums, craigslist (never know...), Ebay etc. A video review I saw said they're much more readily available than say, the Multi-function back.

Ha! That's funny, interesting coincidence!
