Wedding Photography / Photography in General Contest and Awards

So, I've started to think about entering in a few of my photos from weddings I've done in some competitions. The problem... I'm having a hard time finding contests. Can anyone give me some starting points on where to find them? I've looked online, but I'd like to find some more locally to my area. I'm from Louisville, KY.

You're looking at two kinds really, the first is run by organizations such as WPPA etc... you have to be a member to enter, and it's pretty cliquey from what I understand.

The second kind are run by wedding vendor businesses, and it's the same rights-grab that other companies go for.. give us perpetual use rights and you can win a camera bag etc...

Maybe someone else knows more about them, I have zero interest in this kind of thing, so these are just observations..
