Default To all the Gimp experts out there... Help!

Ok, I downloaded Gimp last month, and I'm really liking it. But while I was using it today, I was wondering... is there something you can do with Gimp to remove noise (like noise that is caused by high ISO)? Like a Noise reduction tool or something?
I looked about everywhere on there and couldn't find anything like that. So, could some of you Gimp Wizards out there help me out? This may sound silly, but I would appreciate any help you've got for me on this.

Thanks guys!

THIS plug-in should help. In truth though, the best thing is to run Topaz denoise or Noise Ninja in pipsi.

It's called wavelet denoise. You may have to download the script for it. My copy of GIMP didn't have it. It does a really nice job, but it's really easy to overdo if you aren't careful.
Also, if you have GMIC, it will be in that as well. If GMIC is on your copy, click on the filters tab, and it should be at the very bottom of the menu.
I am assuming you have Windows. Be sure you download the .zip file. You can download a copy of the script here. Just follow the instructions of where to put it once downloaded.
Hope this helps!

Yay! A new fellow GIMP user! Welcome!

As others said, there are plug-ins or scripts out there that makes things easier. I personally just blur whatever noise is bothering me. But just in case you got some other needs, this might be of help.

Have fun scripting/de-noising/GIMPing.
