Default When Photographers Go To Court

Found a list of interesting court cases: When Photographers Go to Court | Enticing the Light

Only two cases of videos worked, but there was some amusing material in there. I haven't looked yet, but I think they have some more photographer related cases over at the youtube channel: ThePeopleCourt's Channel - YouTube

What do you guys think? I feel really sorry for the photographer who got duped by Tom.

We beat this to death several months ago. The bottom line is that Court TV shows are just that: shows. I wouldn't expect similar results in real life.

The Judge Brown video with the bad wedding photographer is a prime example. I doubt that verdict would fly in any real court room, but siding with the photographer wouldn't be good for ratings.
