Default Pls help me pick the best photo from this group

I need to submit ONE photo from my recent Kelby photowalk in Brighton Beach and I am at a total loss how to pick as the photos are all so different. I've included a contact sheet below and a link to a larger one. I would appreciate any and all opinions as to which shot is "the best". Thanks for your input.

contact sheet

LARGER SIZE

The larger size was still not very clear, but I'd pick the 2nd from the 1st row - Man with the camera
OR
The kids blowing the balloons..

Bottom row, store in the sphere. I think that's a view few people would see and shoot.
