Pet Peeve
So I hear people crying saying: "Just because you have NICE camera doesn't make you a photographer!"
when actually I believe: "If you have a camera THAT makes you a photographer" well if you take pictures that is. I'm sure they meant to add: talented, professional, decent, good photographer. Because I'll agree just because you have a nice camera doesn't make you a professional nor good photographer. but it does make you a photographer. I'm not sure how others feel on the subject. Just something that has bugged me

my daughter has a camera, is she a photographer?? no she's a second grader, aspiring to be a photographer...
 No me on the other hand, have close to 5k in "stuff" from point and shoots, DSLRs, lens, flashes, etc....am I a photographer??? NOPE, but i like taking pictures an learning.
