If it's asking for a url, you must have told it the image is on a web page somewhere. If the image is on your computer, there should be a Browse button that lets you point it to a folder on your hard drive.
Why don't you open a Flickr account? It's easy to post from there - Posting Photos from Flickr [July 2010 Update]

A URL is the address on the internet where you find your image. To find that, go to where you put your image on the internet, so your browser has it open, right click on the image and click on "Properties". You should see something that looks like

http://web.jonpertwee.net/templates/brander/images/slide11.jpg ![]() This should insert the image you're after into your post. ![]() But like Krusty says.. Flickr is a great all in one solution, and it's free.
