Default Sensor Cleaning Advice please

I have two Sony camers and i know one of them the A300 needs its sensor cleaning, i have tried before but i think i made it worse... i have see marks on my photos depending on the focal length and aperture...

I would like to know how and what i should do. or should i take it to a store to do, iam quite a competent person so i am happy to try it myself..

I would not recommend stuffing a muffin into your sensor (you'll see) however this video from DigitalRev covers it well IMO

I like the lensrentals video on sensor cleaning. Especially the phrase "pain in the ass wet cleaning..."
