Default What Copyright Information do you add to photos

Following on from Mathias 99's query on watermarking (which I don't do) I was thinking about adding copyright info to the metadata. Other than a name what else do you add? As I'm not really an Elvie but a Chris with a common surname my name alone won't be much of an identifying feature.

This is all I put. I do my metadata in PS CS5 right after the lightroom treatment. I only do it in CS5 because is what I'm comfortable in, it's up to you what you use but here is how I saved my metadata template.

In the copyright status drop box, having that set to copyrighted is a really good idea.

The Author is the name that will show up in the description first and is the name that denotes the owner of the image.

Also the line "All rights reserved" ( in the copyright notice along with "(C) yourname year.")is useful and adds to the copyright, it simply means that all rights to the photo belong to the copyright owner only.

Description, Title, Description writer, author title are all optional, I put some into the template because its what I do. But author, setting the copyright status and the line in the Copyright Notice (with All rights reserved) is pretty important.

in addition to what the other guys mentioned, I would also add broad location like city, state (if you live in the states) and country.
