Default Soft Focus

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to find a pp way of creating a soft focus effect. I'm using CS5, I know there must be more than one way to create this effect....
Anyone willing to share their tips ??
Pretty please

Most soft focus photos I've seen look more out of focus.
