I got my EF 100-300mm lens from them, no complaints on my end. Their used equipment comes with a 90-day warranty (fairly standard for used and refurbished equipment). Looking through their return policy I don't see any exceptions for returning their used equipment, though you may just drop them a line and ask first for clarification.
AFAIK Adorama and B&H are around the most reputable outlets for used gear. Not necessarily the cheapest of course, but if I ran into problems I'd rather be dealing with them over an eBay/Paypal account. |

not sure about them. never bought used from them. But I agree with Ceremus. Drop them a line or call em up and see what the return of used equipment policy is. Couldn't hurt...
