Default belt harness?

Hi everyone,

What are your thoughts on belt harnesses as a carrying device for your camera? i am seeing more and more people on the streets with them, and was wondering what your thoughts are on this?
i've seen several (some look plastic and cheap), and there are others that seem heavier duty (metal body).. any experiences with them? found these ones in a quick search...

Was thinking about them myself, but got a black rapid instead, which I'm quite happy with.. Only thing I'd really like is an effective way of switching lenses, which lowepro do for their belt harness..

The only problem is how you're built - if you have trouble keeping your pants up without anything attached to your belt, this will make the problem worse by a large margin

I have both the R-strap and the Spider Holster. They are both the best in their respective classes.

Disagree with Jim.
I'm sorry for you but b-grip is absolutely the best belt holder.
The only one without noisy dangling when you are on the move.
B-grip does not need a cushion that protecs the leg against continuous hittings.
Test it!!!
The R strap is a very good strap...but with a b-grip I don't know what to do with a strap.
Regards
