do you get contracts?....or templates to use to make a contract....i'm use to construction and design contracts....seems like photo work is done differently....i can just make my own fee proposal for approval but wanted to know about verbage, if clients are "trained" to see certain things

You can get both. Sometimes I use a templet and then redesign it to fits my needs.
