Default I need a hug!

It's just a rant really.

I got into a motorcycle accident. Got home and about to clean my wounds when I found out all my alcohol evaporated. It's almost 8 am. It's almost time to work. It's a Saturday. No pharmacy open until 10 am. Soap, water, and gauze pads, are the only ones I can rely on for now. I'm sure my boss will scold at me for this accident: I won't be able to function much at work today.

I just want a hug and I can go on with my life.

... btw Good Morning everyone.

Just a guess.....but I am thinking something protective equipment.

Glad you are okay though. Motorcycles scare me. I saw a guy get killed on one a couple of years ago and that is an image that will never leave my brain.

Here's a man hug for you *manhug*

I do healthcare IT for my day job, and the clinicians call motor cycles "donor cycles" (as in, those who ride them are future organ donors). Nevertheless, one of these days I'll be gettin a couple of Harleys for me and the Mrs.

I never ride my bikes without wearing a helmet. Even an ugly helmet will do, as long as I wear one. It's the rest of them that I neglected (gloves, boots, and knee thingy).

I know I should consider myself lucky. Even quite relieved that my boss took pity on me and let me have a couple minutes off to get some medical supplies. The pain is irritating though.

Thanks for the hugs!

Here's a hug (but in a deep voice).

Glad you're okay - it could have been worse as you can tell by the trembles.

I have seen too many people i know get bad road rash, so I'm glad your ok! I told my wife if she wants a motorcycle she is only allowed to ride it with a leather racing suit, gloves, riding shoes and a helmet. Oh, and yeah, she is gonna look hot in that tight racing suit :P
