Default Pleasing everyone?

Have you guys been through a time where, your photos are interesting + nice for you but the other people didn't care? What did you guys do about it? My friend said that photography is my view of the world. So does that mean not many likes the way i view the world.

I've had the same thought before. But it's not just photography anyway, and it happens a lot of times, so I'm a little used to it. With your OP, the common (and most predicted) answer you'll get would be, "What matters is that YOU like the picture you've taken." (and I find that annoying in the beginning).
Your question though, I think the answer is "no." You just happen to be in a crowd with a different taste.

Not a chance in the world of pleasing everyone. Even GOD can't do it and he is omnipotent and omniscient.

So, with that out of the way you are left with pleasing yourself (not like that! perv) and that will be difficult enough. Make images for yourself and if others like them then it is a bonus if not so be it.
