So, I'm trying out this "social networking" thing for my photography. I figured I might as well share it with you guys.

Liked it, but can I recommend one thing? A few photos on a photography Facebook page usually helps.

Facebook's Draconian policy is a VERY strong deterrent.

Watermark our shots and don't put them up there very high resolution. I only post photos at about 750 pixels on the long side, and watermark everything with my logo. They aren't going to use your shots with your logo on it.

Isn't Facebook's IP copyright policy basically a giant myth and is actually fairly standard?

Also, how do you expect to get anything out of a Facebook page with no actual work on it?

Yes and no: what they outline is fairly standard, but it's often used for things that, while they fall within the rules, are still kind of a shock.

I'll be adding some images of products shortly: If I do upload actual images, you can get they'll be heavily watermarked. Thanks, though.
