Default Viewing the LCD in day outdoors shoot tips?

I need to resolve this issue with the cheapest possible way, what you would do if you can't view the LCD when shooting outdoors in the day and with little to no shade being available. I was thinking maybe trying to put my camera into my shirt or bringing a black cloth (towel) to see the LCD good enough or very well for the sharpness and lighting properly.

take your pick:
LCD Hoods & Shades

you can get an LCD hood for as low as 19.99 or as much as over $500. whatever is in your budget.

Do a search on Hoodmen Loupes Chris - hand held over screen, but much cheaper.

Missed by that match

I have the Hoodman loupe. It was a hard pill to swallow, but I use it at almost every wedding and other stuff to, so it has turned out to be invaluable for checking the histogram.

I'd say just make a black box the size with the back open, and just look into that. Will still get a little glare, but it should be fine to just get a basic idea. If its still to much glare, make a cover for the back side with an eye hole-but you'll have to get the measurements right so you can see the whole screen.
