Here in Brooklyn, things were pretty good (at least in my area). A few downed trees, but no loss of electricity or anything like that. My bedroom has a ceiling which always leaks in the rain, and it filled a bucket of water... but at least I had a bucket!

What's going on?
Only one person gave news.
Was it that bed?
What happened to the rest of you?

I am fine. It wasn't any worse than a regular rain storm. Just wind and heavy raining. But it was only the very outer bands that were over our area.

All we got here were perfect waves on Friday, and Saturday.

Of course I didn't get back home until Sunday AM, so I missed it all.

We are 185mi inland, but we did get rain, wind, and more wind. It wasn't bad. 30mph gusts, tops.
Thanks for asking!

Just west of DC we had about 3 - 4 inches of rain and a little wind. No big deal.

Central CT.

About half a million people lost power (I wasn't one of them), there are a few downed trees in the area (none in my condo complex), just a lot of leaves around the property and plenty of rain. We have a landscaping company that will clean up our property, so I don't have to do any of that stuff.

There is a deep depression near my building that AT&T left when they upgraded us to fiber optic cabling, and I was fearful that the water would puddle there and leak into my basement. Fortunately, my fears were unfounded, no water in my basement. When I return home after my project in RI is done, I may have to look into "acquiring" some dirt to fill the depression and regrade the property to slope away from the building.

Owings Mills (Baltimore County), MD. Not a lot of people in my immediate area without power, but we sure don't have cable right now. :-( Oh well...just more of a reason to go out with the camera, I suppose.
