IR photography and people

Just thinking of things to try with my ir filter (in the mail) and I had a idea for a shot with some people in it. Just wanted to know, are *cough* "details" going to show? either blowing things out or blurring would kinda kill the look I was thinking of and I could not find anything of google about this.

Potentially it could, (example)

I think your larger problem is going to be the extended exposures required if you're using a filter vs a modded camera body.

Hopefully sitting very still. Extended exposures with a non-modded camera can get into the minutes range, depending on the camera and its IR sensitivity.

I think it's easier to photograph people in IR if you use a relatively fast shutter speed. But you'll need a modded camera for that or IR film & an older film camera that doesn't use IR as a frame counter.
