Default How Do You Correct This Flaw

Hi every one,

I am a newbie to this forum and a beginner photographer. I recently took the attached photo using Fuji FinePix HS10 (ISO 100) camera.

But when I downloaded the attached photo to my PC for viewing I discovered that there's a white spot on the groom jacket.

Is there a way or is it possible to remove or correct this flaw using Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3? Also, how guard against this happening again in future.

Thanks in advance for helping.

Might be too large to fix with spot removal.. then again I've never tried so windy could be right (as usual?)

Several things:
Clean your lens
don't shoot where sunlight can come directly into your lens (look up lens flare)
use lens hood (also to avoid lens flare)
Use your hand to create shade that covers the front of your lens (without showing in the frame of course!)

The quickest way to fix a lens flare is the el-deleteo button. I never bother fixing them. This is why I shoot in volume in this situation.

Dry cleaners usually get the spots out of my suits...
