Default I'm a complete simpleton

Ok i just feel like whining.

I tested for my brown belt in Tae Kwon Do today. I got it, and no pictures. - why? I gave my dad the camera with the battery grip - the empty battery grip.

Anyway, I well like a complete moron right now.

The funny part was that It took my dad like 5 mins of fumbling with switches and buttons, as well as mumbling under his breath before he thought to check the battery compartment.

I wouldn't worry about it.. Brown belt isn't a TKD grade! Unless it's ABOVE blackbelt (Run for your lives!!!)

I don't know why, but most studios I know of use the brown belt instead of the red....

Thanx, but I still feel like a idiot.

Oh I forgot to add what makes this really funny. When I got my bule belt, my mom was going to take video of it. I never put a tape in the thing. And when I tested for yellow, I forgot to put a chip in. Now I am usually a rather methodical and thorough person. This type of thing never happens to me anytime else. Truth behtold, I'm starting to get a bit superstitious.

The studio I go to uses both. Blue, then Brown, then Red, then Black.

Do better research before implying what you are implying

Yes, or each as a separate grade...some have purple instead of blue, or again, each as a separate grade.

Yes Sir!

FYI.. I started practicing martial arts when I was 5, and gave up after 23 years. I'm well aware of the grading system and it took me a long time to find someone offering TKD grades that DIDN'T include brown in the list to give him a bit of gentle ribbing.

Sometimes you guys get hot under the collar too quickly.. I have no reason to imply anything bad about IShootRaw.. Why would I?
