Default School's out for summer!

I love this time of year when the kids break up. Lie ins and slouching around in pj's till lunchtime. Gives me a chance to sit and read some photography books too lol!

My son has survived his first year at Senior school and my daughter her first year at Juniors and their school reports were excellent. I am a proud mummy!

How long will they be off? School must be on a totally different schedule over there because my kids have been out since the beginning of June. They go back in 3.5 weeks.

Mine has been out since June as well. He packed his duffle and took off to Trenton Airforce Base for 6 weeks. Besides missing the bugger, I have had to use light stands at my last 2 weddings, because I lost my light man.

Winter school holidays here, just weeks and its back to school on Monday. We are moving house tomorrow so not much of a holiday this time with all the packing. Next school holidays coincide with the Rugby World Cup, looking forward to going to a few games.
