Watermark???

Why doesn't the watermark show when I post the picture on Flicker? I do the watermarking in Photoshop, and it looks OK-- but when I send the picture to Flicker, the watermark doesn't show. How can I correct that? Thanks.

can you post a link to your flickr??? I'm a bit confused as to what is happening, if your adding the watermark and saving the file as say---"photo1watermarked"--- and loading it to flickr, it should show.

I am assuming the watermark is a seperate layer...correct...maybe on a tiff file or a dng file...unless you "save as a jpeg" so that photoshop flattens the image before you upload to flickr, the watermark won't show. Layers are only seen in photo editing softwares..

Yes, you're assuming correctly; it is a separate layer. I will give it another try now. Thanks for your input.
