The show is over (it was a live broadcasting). It should be up within the next 24 hours or so, though.

Would be more accurate to say "someone looks at your car and builds a replica out of inferior parts".

Um, no. The point was, they were using something you have an exclusive right to without getting permission first.

I realize the point he was trying to make. Whether it's an accurate analogy or not would be dependent on whether the other guy actually did anything wrong. From a legal standpoint it's possible that no, he didn't. Settling because it's cheaper than going to court isn't the same thing as admitting fault, after all.

Good point, but, you don't have to actually admit to being wrong to actually be wrong.
