Question Question : Can we consider this as "STEALING" ?

Yes. If you took the image with your camera, and it downloaded it and re-edited it w/o your permission, I would say that is stealing.

What you should do is "Report Abuse" on Flickr using this link: Flickr: Report Abuse

Then choose the option for "Someone is posting photos that I have taken to their Flickr account" Then put in as much info as you can and the photo should be removed from their page.

Something tells me you aren't the only person this you stole from.. Yes, it's stealing..

Thing is, his edits have removed a lot of detail that yours contains, so it's pretty easy to see which is the original.

1) Your links are broken, I had to do a copy and paste.

2) I was going to comment on his photo that it looked just like yours and link back to your photo, but he doesn't allow comments on his photos. I guess because he knows he is stealing, and doesn't want to be called out.
