See here: How to report flickr infringement

For some reason he chose a different watermark than what he normally uses. Maybe he lifted it from some other duchebag who stole it originally. It seems he is working in KSA.

Makes me wonder if he is a kid, but at least you know he really really likes your photo. The down side is he is really really dumb.

It is obvious stealing. Can I make two suggestions that may help eliminate this in the future.
1) Use a larger watermark that goes over the subject..not unfixable, but makes the crook work harder
2) Change your security settings in Flickr to the following:
-In your account, go to Privacy & Permissions
-Edit and change the following settings to:
Who can access your original image files? Only you
Allow others to share your stuff.....No

I reported it as a TOS violation myself. I couldn't help but to try and help a little.

Same here. I'm surprised it's still up, honestly, should've been taken down by now.

Icewater is going to have to go through the hoops now that Yahoo is running the show. If he goes to the link I posted and jumps through the hoops he should have some success. I guess we could start blowing up the in box at customer service but we would probably get banned for a DOS attack or some such nonsense...
