See here: How to report flickr infringement

Makes me wonder if he is a kid, but at least you know he really really likes your photo. The down side is he is really really dumb.

It is obvious stealing. Can I make two suggestions that may help eliminate this in the future.
1) Use a larger watermark that goes over the subject..not unfixable, but makes the crook work harder 2) Change your security settings in Flickr to the following: -In your account, go to Privacy & Permissions -Edit and change the following settings to:
