Default aspect ratio nikon D3100

i want to use an attachment along with some tilt shift lenses....the attachment is this>

Horseman VCC Pro View Camera Converter with Nikon F 21765 B&H

its a view camera converter .... how much will i loose with the view attachment (how different is this set up compared to what i'm shooting with now (kit lenses)????

You'll have to invest into medium or large format glass. Which is expensive.
If you use nikon lenses you'll lose focus at infinity as the vcc pro acts also like a very long extension tube.
Youll still have the entire sensor being used and none of this changes your 3:2 aspect ratio.

Christ, for $1700 just spend a bit more and get a proper PC-E lens.

osmosis - but a pc-e lens can't do what the horseman vcc does - which is to say - give both front standard and rear standard movements.The VCC pro and 3 rodenstock lenses is also cheaper than the three nikon pc-e lenses.
