Default Ridiculous new law in Tennessee

Tennessee has just passed a law making it illegal to post images that frighten, intimidate, or cause emotional distress. Tenn. law bans posting images that "cause emotional distress"

While I suspect the law won't stand up to constitutional muster, I'm wondering what manner of distressing images might be fodder for the test case: HDR, selective color, fake retro?

HDR
Selective coloring (especially of portraits and the eyes are in color!)
Fake bokeh (ie gaussian blurring)..
to name a couple.

I considered making jokes about what Tennessee folks might find distressing, but I've only ever had good times there, so I'll be nice.

How f'ing stupid is this? Seriously, don't they have anything better to do in Ten legislature? This has got to be unconstitutional (as written).

My girlfriend said I woke up from a dead sleep the other night when they were talking about this on the news, and yelled at the TV, saying something like "EVERY PHOTO EVER TAKEN WILL PROBABLY DISTRESS SOMEONE........ DUMBASSES!" She said I drifted right back to sleep after giving her a heart attack. I have no recollection of this.

It will never survive, it's to open for interpretation, for example the below image may not offend, or cause "emotion distreess" to you or I, but it may to others...without mentioning any nmaes of coarse...

Brought to you by the legislative body that legalized the taking and eating of road kill. Now that is frightening and causes emotional distress
