Default Bummed Out

So I have been wanting to shoot a wedding at a local venue here that is gorgeous. It is one of those locations that will be a portfolio maker. Getting kind of tired of legions etc.

Tomorrow I am shooting there and now they are calling for rain The gardens and property is amazing and the wedding is supposed to be outdoors. I need everyone to do a sun dance for me in the morning, cause I don't need mother nature raining on my parade.

Oh, please.

Rain and inclimate weather can make for the best of stuff. Sun can be had any day, think of this as a way to get stuff barely anyone else will.

How adorable will it be to see the wedding party huddling under a tarp or splashing around.

Quitch'er bitchin' and think of how awesome it will be.

I wonder if they could move it to the next day if it rains or if they can try to wait out the rain. if it rains and then the sun comes out and lights up all the rain soaked foliage, that could be a nice touch

I'm sure the bride and groom will be equally upset about rain on THEIR big day.. At least you'll get other opportunities.

I did a google search for "rainy day wedding images" and found some cute shots (mostly with rainboots ), but you might be able to get some memorable shots if you work with it. Can you run to a discount store for some colorful umbrellas?
