Default Is it a 'phone or a camera?

Greetings all.
About a month ago I needed to renew my mobile phone with the big T. I opted for the Nokia N8 and can't believe the quality of the camera it includes. 12MP with a Carl Zeiss Tessar 2.8/28mm lens. Quality is second-to-none. Does video as well - stunning. I downloaded a panaroma application and can't believe how great that is.
When I get a chance I'll post some results.
I don't know whether to call it a camera with a phone built in, or a phone with a built-in camera.

If it's got a phone, it aint a proper camera.

Sorry Billy.
Big T = Telstra, our national carrier.
All we had once down under until the government opened it up to competition.
Now we have more mobile phone companies than I've had hot feeds.
