Default Let me know what you think

My son is an aspiring photographer. He is getting ready to turn 6 years old and he is really good with his little Fisher Price camera. We have done nothing but encourage and praise his work. All of his little friends in kindergarten think he is the bomb.
Our whole family and all of his friends have been urging him to start charging for his work.

Here is a sample of his work. Since he is only 3.5 feet tall, he does an excellent job with the low angle butt level shots.
So what do you think? Is he ready to go pro?

In case you didn't figure it out on your own, this is total BS. I am totally playing here.

Nice Tattoo! I've always encouraged my kids to learn photography and take pictures. When I had a chance I took them on assignments with me. Julia just loved hanging out with the Seattle Post Intelligencer staff photographers and she turned into a really good photographer.

I'm not sure he's ready to turn pro yet. His composition is a little off.

We got out three kids P&S cameras for Christmas last year. My middle son (12) is really in to it, we've been out on photo walks together. It's great to encourage them.

He could probably do weddings in a month or so! LOL
Seriously though, I love giving kids a camera. It's terrific that you've done that. I remember when my mom gave me her old box camera when I was a kid. the problem, of course, was that they kept telling me not to take so many pictures because they couldn't afford all the film and developing!

Are we supposed to be letting you know what we think of the butt shot or the butt?

lol, I noticed the tattoo too. So what exactly is that of there Nicole? ( I have a rose on my left calf, btw. So typical I know. It was my first though. I'll get more when I get the notion. )

OK I'll play along

My only question when I look at this photo is why hasn't this child gone pro already? Work of this quality should definitely be paid for by the discerning public, once his website it up and running eager potential clients will be beating a path to his door!

My kids both enjoy taking photos as well, the only reason my daughter is taking art this year at school is so she can take photography next year.

He could have cloned out the tat in photoshop, but (excuse the pun) he did well.

Okay, I don't like tats especially on females, but that's just me.

Yeah.. It's what's on the back of the one on the right that makes me wonder about her!

My step-son "borrowed" my old p&s last time we went to a museum.. It totally changed the visit for him, it went from being a stagnant place to somewhere that became interactive for him. Haven't seen the camera since but every now and again he comes downstairs with stop motion videos of his lego that he made with it.
