Having studied the Balkan conflict since 1993, nothing amazes me, and honestly I can see how things fell in line for these sort of things to happen.
Having said that, it's clearly no excuse for the horribleness done by all involved, I'm just not amazed.

Even today, we still have well respected "academics" and "important" people coming to court and spewing the same rhetoric and hatred that led to all this. I just hope we can close off this nasty chapter so the younger generations can move on without this cloud hanging over their heads.

I could talk forever..but I won't hehe.

Unfortunately hatred like that occurs throughout the world, even in small pockets in your own neighbourhood..

We're never going to get to a situation of world peace, no matter how many Miss World candidates tell us that's what they want!

The thing is that it's very personal for me.
I've looked this man in the eyes back in 95 and now I get to try to throw his ass in jail for all his (alleged) crimes.
