You may want to check with your local Target, but the ones here in the Bay Area are having an unadvertised photo printing special. 4x6s at just 10 cents apiece. That's cheaper than Wal-Mart or Costco. My friend got 200 prints made and it dropped down to 9 cents apiece if you go over 100 prints.
The photo department is open 12-6 and when I called the store, the guy thinks the sale ends at 6 tomorrow (Sat.). I forgot to ask about larger sizes (d'oh).

Do you think the discounts apply to overseas customers? 10cents is pretty cheap.

I was able to get 4x6s made for 10 cents each. I got 227 printed, but didn't get any discount for going over 100.
It actually was in their weekly ad. They look all right to me. The paper is a little on the thin side. Even at their regular prices, the price drops to 15 cents each if you get more than 100. I don't know if they have Targets overseas. You have to go to the store to place the order and their photo dept. is only open from 12-6. They have a photo kiosk that takes images from memory cards, USB drives, etc. or you can upload them from Facebook or their Kodak gallery.
