Default Hard at work !

Me and my wife were taking a little stroll in Old Montreal the other day and came across this scene.
Those guys were in the middle of a street, taking pictures of a wedding.

I sure hope it was a paying job !

The things we do for our passion are limitless...

Working hard

Yup..........I have to bite my bottom lip when I see new photographers out and about. However, I like the fact that they are taking the photos from the standing position like so many others. Taking pictures from different angles makes the photo more interesting.

LoL.. I want to go into that restaurant and have their Grilled Lamb Cutlets.

Laying on the floor to find the shot.. Hmm, I thought it was only me that did that. Do you think the bride was in a short skirt?

It's probably more a case of he couldn't get low enough while still maintaining stability for the video I'm assuming he's filming.

Hmmm.. "good" and "Italian Beer" are two words I never thought I'd hear.. especially not now after having lived in Germany, Holland and Belgium!
Italy should stick to wines.

You gotta admit Germany, Holland and Belgium make great beers. Every once in a while I'll drink a Stella, just to mind me of their wines. However, Stella is probably the best beer they make.

I find it fascinating how even small scale brands of beer from Western European countries make awesome beers. I think most of them aren't even exported. Their locally known beers are way better than our best national brands.

Btw, how about some Pilsner Urquell?

I'd be happy for some Westmalle, Grimbergen and Affligem (all types).

Surprisingly, here in Doha, we can buy Leffe Blonde in bottles at the one liquor store in town and one restaurant sells Leffe Brune and Blond on draft. I never would've guessed.

I'm going back to the US tomorrow for a week, and will make a point to visit a few beer pubs.
