Default dvd collection

i decided to start building my dvd collection, posing, lighting, camera settings ect..i am more visual and hands on and would rather watch than read it.

can anyone suggest and dvd's that are good or ones that are a waste of time??

Yeah this DVD has one hell of a price tag. My friend had a copy of it and after watching the first 15 minutes, this dvd is definitely worth its weight in gold. It will save beginners (maybe even amateurs) A LOT of time when it comes to figuring out the proper way of using flash and dealing with light sources.

I'm lucky enough to know someone who has it though
