Default I wish...

that it would stop raining. Seriously, it has rained so much over the last two weeks and it is RUINING my outdoor photo work. Not just little sprinkle rain, but down pour/thunder/lightning/flash flood type rain.
Today, I was supposed to do senior photos of a girl with her horse. We have already had to reschedule twice.
It was perfect overcast skies, bright, but cloudy. Perfect!! Now it is raining. I still have four hours til the shoot though....so let's hope it stops.
Sorry...just a little rant. Probably in three months our grass and plants will be dead and I'll be begging for rain though.

Well, thanks very much, Lisa. Now you've sent Nicole all the sunshine, we've got rain and wind...

Lightning is my favorite weather phenomenon. I haven't gotten a decent shot since last June and I really hope to see some soon. Of course, I don't have to photograph people, either.
We typically have the same scenario - rain in the spring, then dry all summer. I'm cool with it though. I can water my garden. If there's no rain, the grass dries up and dies and I don't have to mow it. I'm not wasting good water on something I can't even eat.

Hold on a little more Nicole.

I was saying the same thing a week ago...and we have just had some BEAUTIFUL weather this weekend... and it is supposed to continue...

So, from the West Coast, it is coming... I am sending it your way, especially for you!

No need to thank me...just get that suntan lotion and sunglasses ready...

Hey, thanks for sending me your sunshine everyone....it's still not here yet though. Hopefully will show up in the morning though. I love outdoor photoshoots, but they are 100% dependant on the weather and it really disappoints me to have to cancel and reschedule.

I support the sending of love bugs, for sure!! One trip to visit my parents last weekend, and my silver car now looks like a Dalmatian!
