Help with method statement

Hi

I'm an amatuer photographer and run my own small photography social group and was looking for advice on how to write up a method statement. I only vaguely understand what it is. I was requested to do a method statement as I wanted to hire out a mansion for a photo shoot (wedding shoot with couple of models and photographers) but I don't really understand how to put together a method statement.
