Default Wedding, Photo Vacation

Gettin ready to start Day 2 of the vacation. Got as far as Amarillo, Texas last night. Today, we will be going to the Painted Desert/Petrified Forest National Park and hopefully tonight we will get to the Grand Canyon. Haven't really had a lot of photo-ops, as we were just trying to get into position for today. I will try to update tonight, hopefully with some pics.

Are you the one getting married? If yes, congrats.

Jealous, I've never really been out west (Cali, but that doesn't count). Have fun!

I'm doing the photo tour of Antelope Canyon on Tuesday, then on Wednesday, Kim and I will be married in a traditional Navajo ceremony on the reservation, then spending our wedding night in a navajo hogan out in the desert on the reservation. Today, we didn't push it to hard, so we only made it to Gallup, New Mexico for the night. Stopped early so we can get to the Painted desert/ petrified forest early in the morning, then on to the grand canyon. Did get a couple shots in Tucumcari, N. Mexico, along old route 66. I still need to download them from the cards and fix them up. Should be able to post some a little later.
